Aaron Kohanim Esq.
has a corporate and real estate law practice, focusing on landlords and tenants, car accident victims, real estate and habitability claims. As a trial lawyer, his practice includes general corporate counseling, landlord tenant evictions, real estate purchase and sale transactions, and litigation. His goal is to provide great service to his clients and seek their goals in obtaining the results they want.
Education
Aaron Kohanim went to the University of California, Los Angeles graduating top of his class with College Honors, Cum Laude and Dean’s List with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Public Policy. He then went to earn his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law, graduating as a Scholastic Merit and Dean’s List. He obtained a Business Law Certificate with an emphasis in Real Estate and Corporate Transactions.
He also went to the University of Southern California, graduating from the Ross Minority Program, where he gained a foundation in Real Estate Finance and Development. Furthermore, Aaron is a license Real Estate agent in California.
Aaron Kohanim is a member of the State Bar of California.
